Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening any fragrance oils. See our delivery and returns policy for full terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. If your order is canceled or refused, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund if payment has been made.

Price Changes:

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time the order is placed. Even after placing your order, we may need to contact you for further funds due to the volatile market.

Shipping and Delivery:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receipt, subject to product availability and order processing times (see individual pages for timeframes). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
