Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing our Cosmetic Safety Assessments. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Service: Our Cosmetic Safety Assessments are conducted exclusively for cosmetic products intended for sale in the UK. The assessments provided by Randall's Candles are designed to ensure compliance with UK regulations governing the safety of cosmetic products.

2. Ingredient Sourcing: All ingredients used in the assessments must be purchased from Randall's Candles. This requirement ensures consistency and accuracy in the assessment process, as well as compliance with our quality standards.

3. Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for our Cosmetic Safety Assessments is approximately 10 working days from the date of receipt of all necessary information and materials. While we make every effort to complete assessments within this timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand.

4. Assessment Fee: The fee charged for our Cosmetic Safety Assessments covers the cost of the assessment only and does not include product registration on the government portal. It is the responsibility of the product maker to register their product with the relevant authorities.

5. Payment and Refunds: Payment for our Cosmetic Safety Assessments is required in full at the time of booking. Refunds will only be provided in cases where assessments cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control.

6. Accuracy of Information: The accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the product maker are essential for the assessment process. Randall's Candles shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the product maker.

7. Limitation of Liability: Randall's Candles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Cosmetic Safety Assessments, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing our Cosmetic Safety Assessments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.
